Self-confessed fashion-addict, Angela Scanlon, has a high profile across all facets of the media. She is a stylist and fashion writer for multiple home-grown and international publications including Grazia, Tatler and The Sunday Times STYLE Magazine; a presenter and reporter for the national broadcast network, RTE, and a regular contributor to TV3; a fashion commentator on multiple radio shows; and a hugely successful blogger. Check out her new website: www.angelascanlon.com.

Her infectious enthusiasm and personal, relaxed style has already given her the thumbs up from Christian Louboutin, Bob Geldof, Roisin Murphy and Kanye West (OK, he was less impressed but he’s very grumpy). Her star is definitely on the rise as demand continues to increase for her straight talking, honest and no-frills approach to style.

Her boundless energy sees her tackling a diverse range of projects, and when she’s not interviewing celebrities and asking them cheeky questions, Angela acts as consultant to top brands such as eBay, A|wear, AVIS, Diageo, Roxy, Monsoon/Accessorize, TK Maxx and Special K.

Her previous styling work has received critical acclaim, and her own personal style is a perfect example and extension of her work. She went on to style and write a monthly page for Tatler called ‘Walking Wardrobe’ which set her up as a style leader in her own right and brought her out from behind the camera to sit, comfortably, in front of the lens. She is also currently penning a style book due for release in 2012. Because I am a Girl I dislike…preconceptions and assumptions about what girls can and can’t do, should and should not so. We can do whatever we dream.

Because I am a Girl I feel…blessed with the friendships that are afforded to me. The closeness, companionship and support that means nothing is ever too small or too big.
